Having worked together at a large recruitment agency in Reading for several years; Oliver, Ross, Kate and Andy decided that they wanted to take their experience and passion of working within recruitment to the next level and Orka Financial was founded in 2014.

The Challenge
Orka Financial originally worked with a finance company they believed could offer them a complete recruitment solution to help get the business started and support future growth plans.
