That’s right; they have given all of their employees their Birthday off and the best thing about it is they get paid for it. So in 2016 every worker will automatically be scheduled in to have their Birthday off and receive this day as an extra day’s holiday.

So we really wanted to give something back to the workforce and came up with the extra Birthday holiday incentive.
